#### The Mission of Stargate

To unify networks under a single layer of liquidity, enabling everyone to move value onchain as easily as they exchange information online.

***

#### What is Stargate?

Stargate is the largest fully composable native asset bridge, enabling seamless cross-chain liquidity transfers with instant guaranteed finality. Built on LayerZero, it connects users and liquidity across 50+ blockchains, providing frictionless interoperability in DeFi. With Stargate, value moves freely.

#### What is Hydra?

Stargate’s Hydra is part of the V2 Protocol—a Bridge-as-a-Service (BaaS) that enables chains without native assets to tap into unified liquidity across Stargate’s entire network. By locking native assets in core pools and minting 1:1 Hydra-backed assets on connected chains, ecosystems get to connect directly into the Omnichain to gain seamless interoperability, capital efficiency, and stablecoin support. Hydra therefore helps new chains bootstrap liquidity and users to scale further and faster from day one.

#### Copy Guidelines

* When introducing, refer to Hydra as **"Stargate’s Hydra solution".** Avoid standalone use of “Hydra” without the Stargate context.
* Do not use **“Stargate V2”** in external messaging. Refer to it simply as **“Stargate”** or **“the Stargate Protocol.”**
